Contract measuring:
You are a manufacturer and require measuring technological testing of your products? With our highly accurate measuring technology we carry out your job order cost-effective and quickly, regardless if on a tactile basis, on an optical basis or with laser. Here you will find evaluation examples for test reports.
Measuring control:
To assure that we can provide you with true to size moulds ready to go into production, we employ four measuring technicians.
They monitor the internal production of 3D-contours for products such as slide moulds, electrodes or die plates.
But that is not all: In addition they test the produced plastic part and prepare the corresponding first sample test report.
Equipment resources:
Our 3D-coordinates measuring machine UMM 850 from Zeiss has a measuring probe that offers an extreme measuring accuracy in the range of 1200 x 850 x 600 mm. For very small radiuses we use our contour measuring machine Zeiss Contourrecord 2600 C. For optical measurements we now also have a high-tech machine from Werth, Video-Check-IP 800 3D CNC.
