Regardless if copper and graphite electrodes or marking die and matrixes with 3D-contours:
We achieve highest accuracy through the use of 5-axes-controlled milling machine, because only one clamping process is necessary for production.
Small-lot production:
The production of small-lots at short notice is not a problem for us. We use a robot for these processes that is fully automatic in supplying material to the milling machine. This allows us to achieve high machine running times and free capacity for your rush orders.
