Our eroding machines are fully automated and form a linked machining system. They are therefore extremely versatile, with very short component turnaround times. Our production system also ensures that identical parts leave the production line, even if processed at different times.

Contract wire erosion work
Our wire-cutting machines operate with extremely high positioning accuracy and achieve extremely high surface quality. We can satisfy the very highest demands in surface-finish and positioning accuracy. Our machine for small components is equipped with an articulated-arm robot that can also turn the components through 90 degrees for machining on both sides. This facility in particular means that batches of parts can be processed in a very cost-effective way. For special applications on small components we also have a 4th axis for cutting cones and angles from 0° to 360°. This axis can also be used as a spindle, which enables us to offer erosive wire grinding.Overview of services
