For some years, in addition to our internal production requirements, we have undertaken customers’ orders for milling work in a variety of industrial fields. We have many years of experience in milling hard materials, and operate the latest machines and tools for maximum efficiency, accuracy and surface quality. We can machine material with a hardness of up to 70 HRC. Our high-precision 5- axis machines not only permit maximum freedom in the choice of working geometries but also improve economy by optimising axial feed and working at the optimal tool cutting point.Copper and graphite electrodes
We also produce electrodes on a contract-work basis. Make use of our experience and our machinery for both 3-axis and 5-axis machining. Thin webs, complex geometries, free-form surfaces or delicate contours – they can all be handled without difficulty.Mould patterns and 3D inserts
We mill mould inserts and patterns with or without 3D contours for our customers. We are equipped to handle components weighing up to 500 kg.Challenging short-run machining tasks
